Ground inspection: Make sure the container truck is parked on level ground and avoid loading and unloading cargo on angled slopes to ensure safety.
Door inspection: Check the left door of the container first, and then open the right door after confirming its safety status. Only the right door can be opened.
Connect the hose: Open the top cover and safety of the container liquid bag, and connect the joint of the delivery hose to the valve on the liquid bag. After connecting the feeding pipe, hang the feeding pipe on the door buckle on the top of the right door.
Monitor unloading: Someone must monitor the entire unloading process.
Hoisting operations: Avoid standing under the container bag. The hook should be hung in the center of the sling or rope, and avoid hanging at an angle or from one side.
Anti-friction: Avoid friction, hooking or collision with other objects during operation, and do not pull the sling outward in the opposite direction.
Forklift operation: When the forklift is operating, avoid the fork from contacting or piercing the bag body to prevent the container bag from being punctured.
Transportation: Try to use pallets when transporting in the workshop, avoid using hooks to transport container bags, and keep the container bags upright.
Storage: Do not drag container bags on the ground or concrete. When stored outdoors, they should be placed on shelves and covered with opaque tents. After use, wrap it in paper or opaque shed cloth and store it in a ventilated place.
